My WHY…

My own journey to a sattvic lifestyle began with a profound personal loss… After my father was diagnosed with terminal liver cancer and passed away, I found myself searching for a deeper understanding of health and well-being. I was determined to heal not just my physical body but also my emotional and spiritual self. 

And through this journey, I discovered energy and sound healing, the power of working with subtle plant medicine, Camelia Sinesis, and the transformative power of Ayurvedic living.

I trained and certified as a Chopra-certified Ayurvedic lifestyle and meditation teacher and a Chopra-certified life coach. My passion today is to share this ancient wisdom and empower others to become their own healers.

It is my belief that you can improve your health, balance, and energy by understanding your mind-body constitution and incorporating Ayurvedic principles into your daily lives.
